Our Pet Policy

We are thrilled to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly property! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to make them feel right at home.

One-Time Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 (for 1 pet)

And $500 for 2 pets.

Monthly Pet Rent: $20 (per pet)

Pet Limit: 2

Pet Types: We happily accept both cats and dogs.

Restricted Breeds

Certain breed restrictions may apply.

PREFERRED EMPLOYER PROGRAM

All Preferred Employers fall under the Hometown Heroes category, which includes:

Local Fire and Police Departments in Leander and Cedar Park
Teachers at all levels, including ISD staff
Medical professionals in all related fields, including in home nurses, daycare teachers, and other education or medical related roles

We will honor this program for all qualifying employees. They will receive the current special plus 500 dollars off during their birthday month when they lease with us.
